“ The great variety of sandwiches makes it easy and exciting to come back and explore new meats and styles. The people serving you are very nice and friendly, which is great for new customers who don't know what to get. The scenery is great, with Italian produce everywhere making you feel out of place and relaxed when compared to the wild city outside. ”

“ Piedmonte's Italian Sandwich Shop is a hidden gem that stands the test of time. The menu is simple and nostalgic, bringing back memories of classic Italian flavors. They've been around for a while, and for good reason good places like this last. The authentic grocers and deli counter offer some of the best pasta salads in the city, and their selection of Italian sodas is unmatched. I always get the olives chef's kiss! And don't forget to grab a bag of Zapp's chips to complete your meal. This place is simply the best! ”
“ I always come here for sandwiches. They have ghost pepper cheese which is cool. Eevie is always so friendly, she's great. Lots of Italian foods, ambiance, very chill. One of My favorite restaurants in Fresno ”
“ First I wanna give a shout out to the amazing and super sweet crew that work here. The awesome guy who chatted with me for a sec, wearing a baseball cap and a red shirt, the food was awesome! Thank you! I think he was the manager and he was the coolest! I told him it was my first time here and He made sure to check in and see how we were doing; it did not disappoint! Got the Piemonte Special just the way it is. They do have a sign that says "oil and vinegar optional" so I will definitely have to ask for some in my sando next time. The meats were so good! Great flavor, melt in your mouth with the cheese and the fresh veggies. A little Mayo and mustard spread to add additional flavor to elevate it that much more. 10/10. Jess got the Hot Meatball Sandwich. Gooey melty cheese, sauce was savory, meatballs were soft. They even had onions throughout for a nice surprise. Bread manages to hold everything in from start to finish. 10/10 Place is beautiful and nostalgic. Like walking into the day they first opened. Lovely deli counter full of all kinds of meats and cheeses. Continue down to the pasta salad and dinner case. Yes they make Lasagna, Spaghetti and a few other pasta dishes as well as some of the best Macaroni Salad to pair nicely with your Sando. A wall of different pastas, sauces, chips and miscellaneous items take up the rest of the spot. Love the pictures of the crew and memories from past. It's a genuine spot. It's the real deal kind of spot. It's a beautiful place that I can't wait to come back to. Also they make Lemon Bars and Tiramisu! Both were delicious! You're walking out of here with a full meal for a great price! ”
“ This is probably the second-best Italian sub I've ever had. The staff was super friendly and I know it can get busy, but at 1:30 on a Saturday, it was pretty calm and the sandwiches were done within 5 minutes. The inside feels like more of a market than a restaurant but the outdoor patio is a nice place to enjoy your food. ”
“ Love Piemonte's sandwiches. I usually get the Piemonte special with everything except tomatoes and add onion. Always yummy. Today I got chicken salad sandwich without tomatoes but with red onion. Super delicious. They offer half or small sized for all of their sandwiches but if you just pay a little more you get a full sized delicious sandwich (that actually keeps ok if you save one half for later in the fridge) And they have so many types of cool (uncooked) pastas, take home meals, and delicious desserts!!! ”
“ I finally tried this local gem after almost a decade of saying, "I'll try it some day." I was in tower for the lunch hour. There was a lunch line and the workers were friendly, fast, and efficient! Loved it. It's got a italian deli/market vibe inside. The employee working the counter recommended the Italian vegetarian sandwich. It was an 8 inch sandwich and filled with all sorts of veggies. I added vinegar and oil. The next time, I'll go without it. It got my sandwich too soggy. While I waited, I looked at their deli sides available. There was a refrigerator with uncooked pastas, pizza dough, and sauce available for purchase to make at home. YUM. The tortellinis looked so good. I'll have to try it one of these days, lol. I really enjoyed the sandwich and glad to eat local! My only take is I wish the bread was a bit thicker. Otherwise, I loved this Italian vegetarian spin from Piemonte's! ”
